Is shipping really free?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then typically arrive within 9–20 business days (US, Canada, UK, Europe) or 10–25 business days elsewhere. Our gear ships from our overseas fulfillment partners, which is how we keep prices fair — we think it’s worth the wait, and we keep you updated the whole way. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Will I get tracking?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Allow 3–5 business days for it to become active.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days — at no extra cost. This gets each piece to you as soon as it’s ready.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
For most destinations, no. Some countries may apply import duties or taxes, which are set by your local customs authority and are the customer’s responsibility. Check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We are a curated retailer and every product we sell is 100% authentic. We stand behind everything in our catalog.
The color looks slightly different from the photos — why?
Screens and lighting can shift how colors appear. We photograph our products as accurately as possible, but slight variation is normal.
How do I choose the right size?

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering and it hasn’t shipped yet.
